I'd have to admit, I wasn't really planning on watching this series because the first time I saw Satoru's Mom I thought it was a comedy-type of anime and that it was kinda boring. But holy jeebus! I was so wrong. The series is already on its third episode and when I first watched the first episode I got so hooked that I watched all three of them one after another. >__<
"Struggling manga author Satoru Fujinuma is beset by his fear to express himself. However, he has a supernatural ability which forces him to prevent deaths and catastrophes by being sent back in time before the incident occurred, repeating time until it is prevented. One day, he gets involved in an incident that has him framed as a murderer. Desperate to save the victim, he sends himself back in time only to find himself as a grade-schooler one month before fellow classmate Kayo Hinazuki went missing. Satoru now embarks on a new quest: to save Kayo and solve the mystery behind her disappearance." - MAL News
I'm really interested in watching this whole series and as of now I already want a second season, I know it's too early to judge if its truly a good series to watch but I have this feeling that it would satisfy my thirst for a Psychological genre in an anime. And just a little backstory, way back in late 2014 I was writing a story on sort of like the same story as ERASED but I haven't finished it yet (yea, procrastination rocks) but the story revolves on a guy travelling back in time to alter the past and save his beloved (see what I mean by coincidence?) and I started writing this story of mine back in 2014 too! So I'd like to see how this anime would end and if it would be like how I picture it to be in my own story as well.

Back to ERASED, on watching episode 1 the MC told us his supernatural power in which in some instances he could (or would, rather) travel back in time 5-10 minutes before something happens in which case, on the first episode where an accident would've happened but he immediately noticed it and prevented it although without suffering some casualties. Also, in this episode it was shown how Satoru's mom was killed and how Satoru travelled way back to 1988 - 18 years ago. (probably not a spoiler? coz the series is already at ep. 3! XD)
I highly suggest you guys watch Boku dake ga Inai Machi especially if you like Psychological sh*t and stuff, it has this sense of what the actual f*ck in every episode. Of course there's still some mild cutesy bits like how the 29-year old Satoru (in child form) is blushing over a 10-year old Hinazuki (the girl on the picture) so yea, go watch it! :D
